FURNITURE RENTALS TERMS & CONDITIONS
- If a furniture or decorative item is damaged, broken or lost, client will be responsible for the full cost of the item damaged, broken or lost. We will not be responsible for the damage or loss of furniture or items.
- After an order is placed, costumer has 48 hours from reservation confirmation to cancel the order without fees.
- The delivery fees will be vary depending on delivery distance. Estimated based on miles from delivery/pick-up location.
- Set-up coordination will be arranged after order placement is received.
If decorations are included, customer will receive a message with project timeline. - Our services include delivery unless customer arranges to pick-up/return items.
- We encourage customers to inspect rental items thoroughly prior to and at the end of their event. We, Dosx2 will complete an inspection prior to and post event.
- You will need to pay a deposit of $200+ depending on order size, location, and delivery.
STATIONARY TERMS & CONDITIONS
I gladly accept returns and exchanges on certain items and/or services:
- Contact me within 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
- I don’t reimburse cancellations
- You may contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless your order arrives with damaged goods or or defective, I CANNOT accept returns for –
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
- Our products are made for you with personalization. Once we have agreed on the item(s) and color, size, details, and design. This item is yours. The item is non-refundable.
MISCELLANEOUS
- If you are not satisfied with terms and conditions, please feel free to reach out to provide feedback and solution. My goal is to see you happy and satisfied with your products and designs. If you are not happy with your purchase or deliverables, submit feedback so we may work on better assisting customers in the future.
- I appreciate your feedback, always.
- Items are carefully packaged and in perfect condition pre=packaging to prevent travel damages.
- Please keep in mind we do not accept returns on a variety of items.
- Payments are due upon order placement and can be made easily on the website
- We do not do money returns.
CLIENT & DOSX2 AGREEMENT
This rental agreement is a legal agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (“You” or “Your”) and Dosx2, a stationary and decoration company with its principal office at (address with city, state, zip) (“Dosx2”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), establishing terms and conditions under which you will submit information to, and rent event furniture and accessories (each a “Product” and collectively, “Products”) and receive related services (the “Services”) from, Dosx2 via our website services at www.dosx2.com (the “Website”).
BY CLICKING THE [“I ACCEPT”] BUTTON DISPLAYED AS PART OF THE ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS OR BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT IN WRITTEN FORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY TO THIS AGREEMENT, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS “YOU” OR “YOUR” SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST SELECT THE [“I DECLINE”] BUTTON AND WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO RENT THE PRODUCTS.
DOSX2 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT IN THE FUTURE AND ANY CHANGES WILL APPLY TO THE RENTAL OF ANY PRODUCTS AFTER THE DATE OF SUCH CHANGE.
